Creditors Clerk

A well-established travel and transport company with a national footprint is seeking a meticulous and experienced Creditors Clerk to join its finance team. Key Responsibilities include :

Processing and reconciling supplier invoices and statements

Ensuring timely payments to all creditors

Handling and resolving creditor-related queries

Liaising with suppliers and building effective working relationships

Negotiating supplier discounts where appropriate

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date creditor records

Assisting with general finance and administrative support

Minimum Requirements :

Grade 12 / Matric certificate

Minimum 2 years experience in a creditors / accounts payable role

SAGE Intacct experience (essential)

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
