BI Team Lead

Were looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Team Lead to join a leading financial services organisation based in Cape Town. This is a hybrid role offering the perfect blend of collaboration and flexibility.

In this role youll lead the BI function within the business where you will bepartnering directly with stakeholders to translate operational needs into data-driven insights. Youll guide a skilled BI team while remaining hands-on in Power BI development and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead mentor and develop a team of BI professionals.
• Engage with business units to understand functional requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Drive data strategy ensuring data accuracy governance and accessibility.
• Design build and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Leverage DAX and SQL to ensure efficient data modelling and analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure BI initiatives align with business goals
