The primary focus of the Executive Chef position is to lead the culinary team in delivering an excellent customer experience through exceptional catering operations and hospitality services for events across Civic Services at relevant venues and locations. This includes fostering a safe and welcoming environment that enables the team to provide efficient and effective catering operations contributing to successful the successful execution of event timelines. The role is responsible for guiding the culinary team to consistently achieve high standards in food preparation and presentation while also ensuring administrative duties are completed accurately and on time.

Remuneration : $95192.44 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment 12% Superannuation per annum for a 38-hour week.
