Your work will involve creating unified customer data profiles, deploying AI-driven agents, building personalised marketing journeys and developing insightful visualisations to drive significant growth for the businesses we partner with.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for our clients, including data ingestion, identity resolution and segmentation.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce, leveraging insights from Data Cloud for personalised customer interactions.
• Build and execute customer journeys and campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, utilising segments and insights from Data Cloud.
• Create insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualise key metrics and performance from Salesforce data.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and our internal project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance and compliance are maintained within the Salesforce environments for all client projects.
