Job descriptionFull on-site management ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards Coordinate and manage subcontractors site staff and suppliers Enforce health safety and environmental regulations on site Oversee daily site operations planning and scheduling Liaise with clients consultants and project managers to ensure smooth progress and resolve issues efficiently Manage site administration reporting and progress meetings Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential and / or commercial building projects Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and methodologies Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Relevant tertiary qualification or trade background advantageous Valid drivers license and own transport essential
