Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven Patient Booking Specialist to join our growing team. This performance‑based role focuses on turning warm leads (no cold calls) into confirmed appointments for dental clinics. You’ll speak with patients interested in treatments such as Invisalign, dental implants, veneers, and cosmetic procedures, helping them feel supported and ready to book.

What You’ll Do

• Call warm leads every day – no cold calls, just real patient interest.
• Run discovery calls to understand patient needs, goals, and concerns, then guide them toward the right treatment.
• Share clear, honest information about treatment options and pricing, securing deposits to confirm bookings.
• Confirm bookings directly in clinic calendars.
• Deliver concise patient notes so clinic teams are fully prepared for each consultation.
