We support a flexible working environment with a hybrid model of 3 days work from home per week. This role is based in the Cape Town office.
Responsibilities
- Billing related to specific MRI Software verticals, working with the core financial operations team and supporting global acquisitions.
- Coordinate billing for net new deals, client renewals, and ad hoc additions to client portfolios with Finance, Legal, and Sales to meet deadlines for monthly close.
- Process all billing opportunities related to assigned MRI Software business verticals.
- Gain an understanding of end-to-end revenue impact of billing and credits, including deferred revenue implications.
- Identify, track, and resolve potential billing issues .
- Collaborate with Legal to understand contracts and order documents related to fee schedules and client billing.
- Work with Sales to accommodate client requests.
- Research and resolve client disputes and escalate as needed.
- Manage and maintain client information in the billing system to ensure proper invoicing delivery.
- Make recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
- Perform other duties and participate in projects as assigned, including cross-training within the department.
- When required, build, manage and support a billing team.
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills :Experience working with MS Excel and Word
