As a Junior Financial Manager at Wiehahn Group, a prominent property developer renowned for creating luxurious apartments and upscale plots on golf estates, you'll spearhead financial operations within our thriving property and rental industry. Your role will involve overseeing group management accounting, guiding audits, managing cash flow intricacies, and collaborating closely with our property management team to ensure seamless financial management. Duties & Responsibilities

• Overseeing group management accounting for various entities
• Conducting accounting tasks and related processing
• Reviewing monthly trial balances and preparing management accounts
• Managing audits, including year-end journal reviews
• Reviewing and approving VAT reconciliations
• Assisting with accounting and audit queries
• Managing cash flow, including payment reviews and scheduling
• Handling bond payments, intergroup funding / payments, and cross-billing
• Managing tenant arrears and liaising with the property management team for maintenance budgeting
