Project Manager - Catering

Fedics Healthwise is seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Project Manager to lead operations at one of our flagship healthcare sites in Nelspruit. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence in food service and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 60 catering staff across multiple shifts
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality meals aligned with Healthwise standards
• Drive operational excellence through PDS score management and continuous improvement
• Oversee all aspects of shift scheduling , compliance, and performance
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders , including hospital management and suppliers
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Report on KPIs, budgets, and service delivery metrics
