The team works closely with clients to ensure media campaigns are executed efficiently and accurately, leveraging strong internal coordination between production, client services, and media buying teams.
About the Role
You will manage internal and external traffic workflows, ensuring smooth delivery of TV and media spots, accurate instructions, and timely coordination between production, client services, and accounting teams. The position also supports the media buying and operations team through data entry, reporting, and analytical assistance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Traffic Coordination
- Send weekly traffic to TV stations in coordination with Production and Client Services.
- Place orders via ExtremeReach to deliver spots to appropriate TV stations.
- Confirm receipt and airing with stations within a day of start date.
- Enter all traffic data into sTraffic (Strata) in line with media and accounting deadlines.
- Verify traffic accuracy on monthly invoices and communicate discrepancies for reconciliation.
- Email TV stations regarding traffic-related invoice issues monthly.
- Download, analyse, and distribute CSA reports each month.
- Maintain Critical Stats and assist with the CSA Top 150 market project annually.
- Distribute weekly traffic agendas as needed.
Media Assistance
Collaborate with the Invoice Manager to confirm monthly spending accuracy in cjTrack.Support Media Buyers in monthly invoice reconciliations and program tracking analyses.Update cjTrack rates, programs, and ownership data quarterly and annually.Request and verify TV station contracts against media buys quarterly.Assist with Nielsen vs comScore station subscription updates.Approve make‑guids from TV stations as needed.Support the Media Operations Manager with clearance reports and ad‑hoc data projects.Maintain and update media and client statistics spreadsheets.Who Are We Looking For?
2–4 years of experience in media coordination, traffic management, or media operations.Strong understanding of TV media processes, scheduling, and invoice reconciliation.Proficiency with ExtremeReach, Strata (sTraffic), and / or cjTrack is a strong plus.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Collaborative mindset and accountability in a remote or hybrid work environment.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.Position Details
