ESTATES MANAGER - LEGAL (CAPE TOWN)

Minimum Requirements :

• Admitted Conveyancing Attorney (pre-requisite)
• Proven experience as an Estates manager (+ / - 5 years)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
• Excellent knowledge of related systems
• Good understanding of market research methods
• Business Acumen a hunger to grow the Estates department
