Quality Systems Manager : Africa – EE- R700

Set up, manage, and maintain Food Safety & Quality Management Systems, ensure compliance with legislation across Africa, and lead the Product Complaints System (PCS) for all suppliers.

Oversee specifications management, allergen control, documentation systems, supplier training, and complaint analytics, while partnering with technical teams to drive alignment with global standards.

BSc degree together with 6+ years QA & FS experience in the food industry, strong regulatory knowledge, and expertise in managing quality systems that safeguard both brand trust and consumer confidence.
