Data Platform Consultant (C3 / S1)

Overview

We’re looking for a Data Platform Consultant experienced in Databricks to join our programme developing an enterprise data platform. The initial focus of the new workstream will be on health, safety and environment related analytics. Other workstreams cover a wide range of business areas, including finance, logistics and customer loyalty. Over time there will be opportunities to get involved in these, and other areas of the data platform.

As demand for data-driven decision-making grows, the need for expert guidance in turning raw data into actionable insights increases. At Snap, we partner with clients across industries to help them unlock the full potential of their data, and we’re growing fast.

Role : Databricks Consultant to join our data platform initiative.

What you'll be doing

As a Databricks Consultant, you’ll be central to designing and delivering a robust data integration solution. You’ll work closely with a Solution Architect and a cross-functional sprint team made up of both Snap and client-side colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Designing and developing data solutions in Databricks using Python and SQL
• Translating and refining business requirements into technical solutions
• Managing system testing, UAT planning, and troubleshooting
• Supporting CI / CD deployment processes and contributing to sprint planning
