KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Operational Leadership

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple warehouse sites within the cluster.

Ensure seamless execution of logistics services tailored to diverse industry verticals including FMCG, fashion & lifestyle, technology.

Drive safety, efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Financial & Commercial Management

Full P&L ownership for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Identify opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining service excellence.

Partner with business development teams to support customer growth and retention.

 Customer Excellence

Ensure strict adherence to customer KPIs and service-level agreements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted partner.

Proactively address operational challenges and implement solutions to exceed customer expectations.

 People & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of site operations managers and staff.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in line with Maersk purposes and values

Champion health, safety, and employee engagement across all sites.

 Strategic Direction

Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Drive innovation in warehouse operations, leveraging technology and best practices.

Anticipate market trends and position the business for sustainable growth.

 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Finance or similar.

Proven track record of no less than 5 years in senior leadership roles within contract logistics, supply chain, or related industries.

Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.

Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site warehouse operations.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Experience working with customers in FMCG, fashion & lifestyle, and technology sectors is highly desirable.
