We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager and Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a strong background in the retail sector. As the Social Media Manager and Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, increase foot traffic, and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the retail sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase followers, and generate leads.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or other graphic design tools is desirable.
