Business Development Specialist

Job Brief

We are looking for a Business Development professional with excellent communication and marketing skills.

The job entails taking Zoom calls with our clients and communicating their requirements to the team and vice versa.

Responsibilities

We are a recruitment agency and we're hiring a sales executive for business development.

You will get clients who have signed contracts with us.

Your job would be to contact them and build a relationship.

They will give you jobs to find candidates for.

We will provide you with resumes for every job they post.

All you will have to do is keep communication open and help them choose a candidate.

You will make $ to $

• Basic salary plus 5% commission.

You can make anywhere from $3k to $10k a month. If you are a people’s person, love to help businesses achieve their goals and love helping people find their dream job, this job is for you.

With all the backend support provided for you, all you have to do is communicate with clients and coordinate things.
