Associate SAP Support Consultant - SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud)

Job Brief

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate SAP Support Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our clients on the SAP Cloud ERP (previously known as SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud) platform by resolving incidents, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting in configuration changes under guidance. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level SAP professional to grow in a fast-paced, cloud-first SAP environment.

The candidate must be Durban based.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP Cloud ERP modules (e.g. Finance, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Resolve user-reported issues and service requests
• Assist with configuration changes and system testing
• Support data migration, master data maintenance, and integration activities
• Collaborate with senior consultants and the SAP team to ensure timely incident resolution
• Document solutions, processes, and known errors
• Stay updated with quarterly release changes and contribute to release testing
