You light the way.More about the roleEstablish and maintain good working relationships with specifiers such as Engineers, Architects, Designers, Municipalities, and owners to ensure that Philips Lighting products are specified on all projects.Pay regular visits to specifiers.Identify and contact new specifiers in order to establish a business relationship.Introduce new products using samples and demonstrate installation techniques.Assist in lighting design and seek opportunities to specify Philips productsplete technical tender specifications.Report to the Sales, Marketing, and Engineering management on market trends, new competitive products, and any issues of significance.Assist the Account Managers with pre and post tender information.Assist in growing the SFDC pipeline.Follow up with specifiers on specification strengths and weaknesses, and report to colleagues accordingly.Solicit specifier assistance / cooperation in expediting shop drawings approval when necessaryplete Spec registrations and share information with colleagues and / or agents in and out of the region, as necessary.Keep abreast of products and technologies through in-house training, external courses, trade publications, etc.Participate in trade shows and assist colleagues with presentations.Promote a positive attitude towards the Company and promote goodwill.Your KPI'sGrow number and value of specified projects in the pipeline.Increase sales wins ratio.Customer NPS.Managing SFDC.Your QualificationsElectrical Engineering or similar Technical qualification.Lighting Design certification (DILUX / RELUX / AGI).Sales certification with 5+ Years Sales experience.5+ Years Specifications experience.Everything we'll do for youYou can grow a lasting career here.
