LinkedIn has also recognized Workwize as one of the Top 10 Startups for 2025 in the Netherlands!About the RoleAs a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for both product sourcing and client catalogue management, ensuring that all products are accurately created, priced, and maintained across client catalogues. You will act as a key operational link between Operations, Procurement, Customer Success, and global suppliers, handling day‑to‑day sourcing requests, catalogue updates, and client escalations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately under SLA‑driven environments. Beyond execution, we are looking for someone who can think critically about processes, proactively spot issues, and contribute ideas to continuously improve how we work.Key ResponsibilitiesSource IT hardware and accessories globally at the right price and lead timeCreate and maintain product listings in client cataloguesMonitor supplier updates (pricing, availability, lead times) and reflect changes quicklyTroubleshoot and resolve issues (pricing, currency, availability, product data)Ensure products are created and updated within agreed SLAsKeep documentation accurate and up to date across internal toolsCollaboration & Process ImprovementHandle sourcing‑related client escalations in a clear and timely wayCommunicate clearly with Customer Success on catalogue changesWork closely with Operations team on supplier onboarding, pricing alignmentBuild strong working relationships with global suppliersProactively identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in sourcing and catalogue processesShare ideas and contribute to continuous process improvementsEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in support, procurement, or related field (preferred)2–3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain rolesExperience working with external suppliers or vendorsExperience in an operational, SLA‑driven environmentFamiliarity with eCommerce platform guidelines and compliance requirementsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environmentTechnical SkillsStrong ability to work with product data, pricing, and technical specificationsGood understanding of pricing logic, margins, currencies, and VAT/tax basicsStrong written communication skills for supplier and client‑facing interactionsStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high‑quality standardsSoft SkillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong ownership mindset and accountabilityAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesComfortable handling escalations and ambiguous situationsTeam player who collaborates well across functionsCritical thinker who can identify issues and suggest improvementsProactive, curious, and improvement‑oriented attitudeOur TeamBecoming part of Workwize means making an impact.
