About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead our recruitment sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring the team achieves consistent performance in client acquisition and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the recruitment sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new client leads and job orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
- Train, mentor, and monitor sales and recruitment staff to enhance performance and professionalism.
- Oversee daily sales activities and ensure effective follow-up with potential and existing clients.
- Report on sales performance, pipelines, and conversion rates to management.
- Collaborate with the recruitment department to align sales efforts with client requirements.
Requirements
