Our client is a reputable well-known brand in the UK which requires your excellent Customer Service skills within an Omni-channel environment servicing their UK clientele.

Requirements
Matric / NQF level 4 required / mandatory.
Clear criminal record is mandatory.
Excellent proficiency in English (Read, Write and speak)
Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
South African Resident
Excellent communicative and relationship-building skills
The role requires your reliability, flexibility, professionalism, great verbal & written English communication skills and a friendly "can do" attitude.
Experience in a similar role dealing with international clientele will be advantageous.
Ability to cope with multi-tasking in this fast-paced, demanding environment, responding on emails, multimedia chats and telephonic enquiries.
