Job description35 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role Proven exposure to construction, formwork, and scaffolding projects Relevant qualification : BTech, BSc, or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control Proficiency in MS Excel and QS-related software Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets
- Manage and monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle
- Evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations
- Assist in contract negotiations and procurement
- Conduct site visits and liaise with site / project teams
- Compile progress reports and cost analyses
