Job Opportunity : Training & Recruitment Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrator to support our training, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Responsibilities include maintaining training and recruitment records, updating reports, issuing certificates and PPE, coordinating onboarding documentation, and ensuring compliance with RTMS standards. You’ll also assist with scheduling medicals, sending bulk communications, and supporting internal training sessions.
