Job Purpose

The Technical and / or Training Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s technical development initiatives and growing its EWSETA-accredited training centre into a standalone business unit. This role will provide subject matter expertise on cable accessories, support product innovation, and ensure the company’s training capabilities are aligned with industry standards and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s accredited training centre.
• Plan and coordinate training courses locally and internationally.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials aligned with the latest products and best practices.
• Ensure EWSETA and ISO 9001 compliance for the training function.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for training engagements.
• Provide technical input into product development and improvements.
• Assist with product design reviews, installation instructions, and bill of materials.
• Support the sales team with technical expertise and product knowledge.
• Conduct technical training, product demonstrations, and hands-on jointing / terminating sessions where required.
• Travel nationally and internationally as needed for training and project support.
