Plant Engineer

Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Plant Engineer to be based at a Refinery in Gauteng!

Responsibilities :

• Optimize Plant Maintenance : Oversee the SAP Planned maintenance system to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of plant operations.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure all statutory inspections and risk assessments.
• Project and Budget oversight : Develop and execute capital and renewal plans manage engineering projects.
• Team and process development : Lead develop and manage engineering staff through motivation discipline and clear work procedures.
• Governance and Procurement : Ensure compliance with corporate procurement practices and governance standards across all engineering activities.
Requirements :
• Grade 12
• Sc. / Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• GCC Mines and Works
• Registered as a Professional Engineer with Engineering Council of South Africa
• 3 years appointed Engineer 2.13.1 as per the Mine Health and Safety Act
• Valid Drivers License
