Job description
  • 1. Job Summary
  • Perform administrative duties within the Revenue Finance department.
  • 2. Key Performance Areas

    • Process Debtors Accounts
    • Compile and submit periodic reports
    • 3. Key Tasks

      Process Debtors Accounts

    • Process :
    • Credit notes and debit notes

    • Returns and unpaid
    • Cash allocations
    • Refunds
    • Bank reconciliation
    • Queries and Resolutions
    • Banks and Service provider collections via Debit systems
    • MySQL Scripting and reporting
    • Critical Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Compile and submit periodic reports

    • Create financial reports
    • Submit reports
    • Compile and submit ad hoc reports
    • Critical Data Analysis and Reporting
    • 4. Other requirements

    • Technically inclined
    • 5. Physical activities

    • Monday to Friday
    • 08h00 to 17h00

    • 8. Essential Qualifications

    • Matric
    • Certificate in Accounting
    • 9. Desirable Qualifications

    • BCom in Accounting
    • 10. Legal or Statutory Requirements

    • 11. Essential Experience

    • Minimum of 2 year Accounting experience
    • Minimum of 3 year Administration experience
    • 12. Desirable Experience

    • MySQL Experience
