About the Role
We are looking for a Media Buyer who lives and breathes paid media. If you obsess over CPMs, CTRs, ROAS, and always have your finger on the pulse of platform changes and ad trends, this role is for you. You will manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and possibly other platforms like TikTok or Pinterest. You will be expected to plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns with precision and speed, without needing to be told what to do. If you have ever paused a campaign in your sleep or tested three different hooks before lunch, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Allocate ad budgets with a focus on profitability and return on investment
- Conduct research on competitors and audiences to inform targeting and creative
- Structure ad accounts for clean tracking and efficient reporting
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments
- Work with designers and copywriters to guide ad creative and messaging
- Set up and manage conversion tracking through Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools
- Create performance reports that highlight insights, wins, and next steps
- Constantly test audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and creative formats
- Stay informed on platform updates, advertising trends, and new tools
Requirements
At least 5+ years of experience running paid media campaigns on Meta and GoogleProven ability to manage budgets and drive performance using dataStrong understanding of account structure, funnel strategy, and attributionComfortable working in Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4Familiar with ad creative strategy and what makes content convertHands‑on experience with A / B testing and campaign optimizationAble to work independently, take initiative, and make smart decisionsStrong communication skills and able to explain performance clearlyMust work US (est) hoursExperience : Bing Ads – 1 year (Required), Google Ads – 3 years (Required), Meta Ads – 2 years (Required)Job Details
