Your Role

• As a Level 2 Onsite Engineer at Blackbird IT, you\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping technical solutions aligned with our clients\' strategic objectives and architecture. Your responsibilities will include :
• Serving as the face of our company during onsite visits, embodying our values and working with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency.
• Implementing technical solutions as part of our project team (server, storage, network, cloud).
• Providing technical direction and guidance to clients both on-site and remotely.
• Collaborating with your peers to solve technical issues.
• Assisting with the pre-sales and quoting process.
• Planning and maintaining clients\' IT requirements.
• Documenting network information and providing job reports.
• Troubleshooting clients\' technical issues.
