Tech-Keys is seeking an experienced Tier 2 IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our customers and consistently strive for quality service delivery. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve our customers’ IT related issues.
Responsibilities :
- Provide IT support to internal and external customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT related inquiries and problems
- Maintain and update our knowledge base and technical documents
- Ensure service delivery quality at all times
Requirements
Proven experience working as a Tier 2 IT engineer for at least 3 yearsExcellent customer service and communication skillsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to explain technical solutions in a clear and understandable mannerExperience in 365 administrationNetworking experienceExperience with AzureExperience with DattoDegree in Information Technology is a plusMS - 102 certification is a plusMD - 102 certification is a plusExpected Outcomes
Work on 15-20, and resolve 12-14 Tier 2 tickets each dayProvide the best possible solution to clientsMaintain clear communication with clientsKeep assigned tickets organized and updatedPeriodic assignment of after-hours on-call supportPeriodic visits onsite at our clientsInterview Process
