Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a professional services environment.Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Experience working with external IT providers or managed service providers is an advantage.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365), security protocols, and office networking.Duties and Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for all IT-related queries and troubleshoot issues for internal users.Liaise with external IT service providers to ensure prompt resolution of issues and optimal performance of systems.Maintain office IT equipment, including computers, printers, telephony, and networking hardware.Monitor system performance and coordinate necessary upgrades or repairs.Ensure security protocols and data protection practices are consistently followed.Manage user access, software installations, and system onboarding for new employees.Keep an up-to-date asset register of all IT equipment and software licenses.Closing Date
