Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of forward-thinking collections strategies across the full lifecycle.
• Build, test, and optimise models that boost portfolio performance and drive profitability.
• Partner with BI and data teams to automate reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Create and monitor monthly targets, forecasting, and collections scorecards.
• Introduce champion / challenger models to continually improve performance through "test and learn."
• Guide operations with data-driven insights that enhance recovery rates and reduce cost-to-collect.
• Drive system and process improvements that support business strategy.
