Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
• Must be registered with SACAP as a Professional Architect.
• Must have 5-8 years of post-registration experience as a Professional Architect.
• Must have experience in the Construction Industry.
• Must have experience in contracts (JBCC and NEC) administration and financial administration.
• Experience in Project / Programme Management would be advantageous.
