About the Brand / Division :
TFG LOGISTICS manages and oversees the Distribution Function of the group. Our 8 Distribution Centres (DCs) and management support staff total over 700 employees working to efficiently move stock to stores.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing the Inventory within the Distribution Centre
- Managing a team within the Distribution Centre
- Workforce planning
- Ensuring that accuracy and production targets are met
- Improving processes within the Distribution Centre
- Stock Management
- Budget Monitoring
- Ensure compliance with BOP and 6S standards
Qualifications and Experience :
Has a post-matric qualification in Supply Chain Management / Logistics & Warehouse Management / Retail Business Management (Advantageous)Proven experience in managing a team – minimum of 2 yearsAll rounded experience in managing picking, packing & inventory management daily processesExperience in working on the Manhattan Warehouse Management System would be advantageousSkills :
