Job Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new vehicle sales, meeting monthly targets, and cross-selling additional products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Drive the sale of new vehicles to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Cross-sell additional products and services where applicable
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations with prospective clients
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and finance applications
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available stock and model specifications
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Represent the dealership professionally at all times
- Participate in promotional and marketing initiatives as required
- Handle trade-ins and vehicle evaluations
- Keep detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Meet compliance and regulatory standards related to automotive sales
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth handovers and service
