We’re a leading recruitment firm specializing in placing lawyers across the USA, and we’re seeking three outstanding Digital Communications Specialists to join our team in South Africa. This role is 100% digital—no phone calls—focusing on engaging USA-based lawyers via email, LinkedIn, SMS, and WhatsApp to book calls for our recruiters. You’ll also take ownership of copywriting and approving chat-based messaging to ensure quality and impact. About the Role

As a Digital Communications Specialist, you’ll connect with high-caliber USA lawyers through digital channels (email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp) to secure a minimum of 100 booked calls per week for our recruitment consultants. You’ll craft and approve compelling, professional messages tailored to specific legal roles, ensuring they resonate with USA based attorneys. This role requires no phone calls—just strategic chat administration and message management. You’ll need to quickly learn around 250+ open legal positions assigned to you, USA geography, and the nuances of the legal market, all while maintaining a professional but not corporate USA English tone.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage candidates via email, LinkedIn, SMS, and WhatsApp to book 100+ calls per week (no phone calls).
• Craft persuasive, USA English-compliant digital messages tailored to legal roles and candidate profiles.
• Review and sign off on chat-based outreach messaging for accuracy, tone, and effectiveness.
• Learn and apply knowledge of USA legal roles (e.g., corporate, litigation, IP) and key legal hubs (e.g., New York, Chicago, Los Angeles).
• Follow a structured digital outreach process, logging interactions in our CRM (e.g., salesforce).
• Meet weekly KPIs for booked calls and optimize chat response rates.
• Ensure compliance with USA communication laws (e.g., TCPA for SMS, GDPR for WhatsApp).
• Heavy use of Chat GPT to help with job matching / messaging ideas

Must-Haves

o USA English proficiency test (e.g., drafting digital messages, spotting USA-specific terms).

o Mock digital outreach task (crafting chat messages for sample legal roles).

o USA legal market and geography quiz.

o Simulated chat scenario handling resistant candidates via text.
