Duties & Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the catering unit ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Perform effectively in a high-pressure fast-paced environment.
- Establish monitor and maintain high service delivery standards.
- Lead motivate train and develop a skilled and engaged team.
- Implement and manage operational controls aligned with budgetary requirements.
- Ensure consistent quality in food preparation presentation and service meeting all star grading standards.
- Uphold compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Manage daily HR and IR matters including staff development training and performance management.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential concerns or complaints.
- Plan organize and coordinate all catering functions and events.
- Oversee all administrative and financial responsibilities including budgets debtors and reporting.
- Accurately process documentation and interpret weekly and monthly profit and loss reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers through daily engagement.
- Be available to work extended hours and weekends when required.
- Stay current with food trends and industry best practices to enhance offerings.
- Drive sales growthby identifying opportunities upselling services and enhancing customer satisfaction.
