About The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , your primary focus is to generate pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through outbound outreach. You'll be responsible for initiating conversations, understanding prospect needs, and booking meetings for Account Executives.
The outreach mix varies by company — some focus mostly on Cold Calling or more Email and LinkedIn, while others take a multi-channel approach. That said, most of our clients place a strong emphasis on cold calling, given its consistent success in driving qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research ideal target accounts within a defined territory or verticalEngage B2B prospects through cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedInConduct research and personalise outreach to target accounts and decision-makersQualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and buying intentUse CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive to manage and track leadsSet up meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account ExecutivesMaintain detailed records of activities and regularly report KPIs to sales leadershipCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and conversion ratesOur Hiring Process

Requirements
Experience : 2+ years in B2B Sales, Business Development, Cold Calling, or Outbound MessagingIdeal Industry Experience : Tech, IT, SaaS, Marketing, FinTech, Cybersecurity, E-commerce Solutions, or other B2B-focused industriesTech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRMs, sales automation tools, and communication platformsFluent in English : Strong verbal and written communication skillsRemote-Ready : A reliable laptop and stable internet connection are requiredBenefits
