The company is transforming how physicians engage with patients by offering advanced support across triage, pre-enrollment, patient communications, and clinical expansion. Through a blend of AI-powered tooling and human-first care coordination, they enable providers to scale outreach and streamline operations without sacrificing personalization. Role Overview

This role directly contributes to revenue growth by ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and supporting the overall sales function with high-quality engagements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Client Engagement : Conducting initial conversations with prospects, understanding their needs, and positioning Flagler Health’s offerings effectively.
  • Appointment Setting : Scheduling meetings for the sales team by effectively engaging decision-makers and nurturing relationships.
  • CRM Management : Updating and maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM (Notion).
  • Market Research & Analysis : Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing : Working closely with internal teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B sales
  • Experience in healthcare tech or working with medical professionals
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to handle objections and think on their feet during conversations
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Notion
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
  • Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft)
  • A track record of exceeding quotas in an SDR or BDR role
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure messaging
