Job descriptionCheck export documentation submitted, this includes : Export addendums for each loading Export certificates to PPECB Consolidating all export documents for the shipment Scanning and uploading onto the system Sending out copies of the documents per shipment to clients and their buyers overseas Couriering the original documents to the Buyers Tracking all shipments

Minimum Requirements :
- Minimum of Matric
- Industry experience - import / export / shipping
- Willing to work long hours and overtime during peak seasons
- Administration related and computer experience essential – comfortable using computer and know how to use Excel
- Must have suitable support structures at home
- Attention to detail, double checking abilities and concentration skills essential
- Able to cope under stress and thrive under pressure
- Understand the pressure of adhering to deadlines
- Good work ethics and good, contactable references
- Excellent sense of prioritising, planning and organising
