Job descriptionExperience in recruitment or sales (or both). If youve ever had to hit targets, youll know what this feels like. Confidence to pick up the phone, meet people, and sell an idea. Good judgement youll be the one who knows when someones a fit and when theyre not. Organisation because theres a lot happening at once. A bit of grit. Recruitment has highs and lows, and youll need to ride them both. Energy and positivity people should want to work with you. Curiosity youll want to understand industries, businesses, and people. Creativity whether its writing ads, finding candidates, or approaching new clients. A sense of humour because we dont take ourselves too seriously. The buzz of helping people land jobs and helping businesses grow. The thrill of bringing in new clients and seeing your own network expand. Targets to hit, but also the freedom to make your mark your way. A team thats supportive but competitive enough to keep things exciting.

What youll be doing
- Finding amazing talent searching, chatting, interviewing, and spotting that perfect match.
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding what makes their teams tick.
- Going out there to win new business calling, meeting, pitching, and showing why were the right partner.
- Writing up job ads that actually get people excited (not the boring kind).
- Keeping tabs on whats happening in the job market and sharing insights with clients.
- Juggling lots of moving parts : candidates, clients, offers, follow-ups and making it all look easy.
