Job Description
Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Service Administrator based in Pinelands, Cape Town, to join their team.
- Being responsible for managing the ordering and tracking of parts for both warranty and non-warranty repairs, ensuring all parts are correctly booked into systems like Hansa or Fixable.
- Liaise with suppliers, follow up on outstanding parts and client payments, and handle administration related to board-level repairs and loan devices.
- The role includes sending service quotes, communicating with clients about collections and deliveries, managing the daily service driver schedule (via D-Trak), and handling support tickets through Freshdesk.
- Overseeing stock control by conducting regular stock takes, returning faulty parts for credit, and preparing for annual audits.
- Additional duties include assisting at the front counter, helping with the booking in of client devices, updating job progress, and supporting trade-in device processes.
Requirements
