Growth Strategist / Media Buyer – Creative Performance Agency (Remote : US & Europe)
We’re a creative performance agency built for ambitious D2C brands. Our work sits at the intersection of creative, media buying, and growth strategy — helping brands scale profitably by combining high-performing ads with a strong data-driven approach. We work with some of the most exciting D2C names across Europe and the US, and we’re now looking for a talented Growth Strategist / Media Buyer to join our team.
Think of this as a hybrid role between media buyer, strategist, and creative partner — designed for someone who doesn’t just “launch ads,” but drives growth outcomes.
About the Role
You’ll be the driving force behind paid media performance and client growth . You’ll manage paid social campaigns (primarily Meta), lead testing and iteration cycles, and work hand-in-hand with creative teams to launch ads that stop thumbs and scale profitably.
This is not a siloed ad-buying role — you’ll be expected to own outcomes, not just ad sets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Scale ad accounts confidently — managing €20k–€500k+ monthly spend
- Collaborate in a pod with a Creative Strategist and Account Manager to align on performance goals and execution
- Guide creative testing and asset direction — you’ll help decide what gets made next
- Interpret data, spot trends, and translate performance into clear actions and client insights
- Drive and report on campaign KPIs : ROAS, CPA, MER, Spend Growth
- Apply a disciplined testing framework to scale faster and learn quicker — testing velocity matters
- Collaborate on broader growth strategy — landing pages, funnels, retention levers
- Request creative resources proactively when you see bottlenecks or opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience running and scaling Meta campaigns with meaningful budgetsStrong grasp of Facebook’s algorithm, CBO / ABO structures , and creative strategyStrategic operator — you understand full-funnel economics , not just CTRs and CPAsComfortable managing multiple client accounts with clear communication and prioritisationFluent in metrics, but obsessed with outcomesCross-functional collaborator who thrives in fast feedback loops with creative + account teams(Bonus) Experience with creative strategy, landing page testing, or funnel optimizationWhat You’ll Love
