We’re looking for a Google & YouTube Ads Growth Strategist who’s already operated at the top 1% level — someone who’s scaled multiple e-commerce brands from $10k / month to $100k-$500k+ in ad spend, built and tested full-funnel strategies (PMAX, Shopping, YouTube, Search), and understands how to build, test, and scale cold traffic. You’re not here to manage — you’re here to make noise, break limits, and lead client success.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Develop & execute full-funnel strategies across Google Ads & YouTube for fast-growing DTC brands.
- Lead account audits, scaling roadmaps, and creative testing cycles.
- Scale PMAX and YouTube campaigns, optimize Shopping & Search, and unlock cold traffic profitability.
- Guide clients on ad creative (scripts, angles, formats), funnel structure, CRO, and landing page strategy.
- Provide weekly performance reviews, client education, and action plans.
- Have scaled brands from $10k / month to $100k-$500k+ spend levels while maintaining ROAS.
- Have hands-on experience managing $1M+ / month in Google / YouTube ad spend.
- Have built successful YouTube campaigns and know how to test hooks, CTAs, and audiences.
- Are deeply analytical, fast-moving, and thrive on performance-based environments.
- Know how to communicate with DTC founders, speak their language, and lead strategic direction.
- Have worked in or alongside high-level CRO & creative testing environments.
