REQUIREMENTS

• Qualifications : Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer in South Africa (Notary qualification advantageous)
• Experience : Minimum 5+ years post-admission experience in conveyancing
• Client Base : Must have an established and active client base
• Skills & Attributes : Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing and property law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
• Client-centric, professional, and results-driven
• Proven ability to generate and sustain business
• Other Requirements : Must be able to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
