Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of property transfers from initiation to final registration.
- Handle all required documentation, including drafting, reviewing, and preparing contracts and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with the applicable legal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and other third parties to ensure timely and accurate execution of transfers.
- Supervise and mentor junior paralegals, offering guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate case files and records.
Qualifications & Experience :
At least 4 years of experience in transfers.Solid understanding of the property transfer process and legal requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.A legal qualification or paralegal certification would be advantageous.Salary :
