Reporting into the CEO and Director of Brand Communication
What You'll Do
- Lead and Manage Brand Plan — Plan and manage brand‑related projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with company goals and smooth collaboration across teams.
- Create New Products — Lead the development of new products from concept to launch, working closely with technical, sales, and supply‑chain teams.
- Run Brand Campaigns — Develop and execute brand campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and overseeing the approval process for designs, pricing, and production.
- Support Digital Marketing — Ensure alignment of digital strategy including social media, influencer partnerships, and paid campaigns with the overall brand plan.
- Manage Traditional Advertising — Oversee the planning and execution of print and in‑store advertising alongside activations and brand events.
- Handle the Budget — Plan and control the marketing budget to ensure smart spending and strong return on investment.
- Track Performance — Analyse brand and campaign performance and share insights to drive growth in sales and market share.
- Build Media & PR Relationships — Maintain strong relationships with media outlets to increase brand exposure and execute ongoing PR strategies.
- Support the Team — Provide operational support for the marketing and sales teams, including logistics, customer interactions, and export coordination.
