Patient Communications Coordinator (US Healthcare) - EST Hours (Remote)

We are currently looking for a perceptive and proactive Patient Communications Coordinator with experience in U.S. healthcare industry preferably. This fully remote role requires working Sunday to Thursday, 9am – 6pm EST. (3pm - midnight SA Time).

PLEASE NOTE :

• Working Hours : Sunday to Thursday, 9am – 6pm EST (this currently equates to 15 : 00pm to midnight South African time, subject to change according to daylight savings with the US.)
• Work Environment : This is a fully remote role based in South Africa.
• Internet Requirements : A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and support for a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory
• Power Backup : A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered
