Qualifications / Experience
- Senior Certificate required
- Technical Diploma (Any Trade) required
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in facilities management or related field
- Management experience overseeing teams and facility operations essential
- Project management experience with facility-related projects including renovations and maintenance
- Industry experience in corporate, manufacturing, or automotive sectors beneficial
- Technical hands-on experience with building systems and maintenance practices
- Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations for building codes and safety standards
