Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the internal sales team with day-to-day operations
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Assist in preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing CRM data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and finance
  • Monitor sales performance and generate reports
  • Participate in training and development programs
  • Conduct monthly stock take
  • Procurement of Stock

Requirements :

  • Matric (minimum)
  • Graduate or technically inclined candidate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
