About The Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients get the most value from working with Best Web Design.
You will build relationships, manage expectations, and help clients achieve their business goals through our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through our processes.
- Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are met.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value for clients.
- Handle escalations with professionalism and speed.
